*BUG* - It has come to our attention that confirmations are not being sent automatically when creating internal bookings via the system.
Until this bug is fixed, we recommend manually sending the confirmations via the right-click menu -> send sms/email -> custom.
This seems to have been affecting the system since Monday morning the 18th of May.
Note, that you can get an overview of the latest created bookings in Admin -> Activity and then set the filter in the top to Created.
The issue was fixed at 12:00 CEST today. we will keep monitoring the situation.
DinnerBooking 911
With DinnerBooking 911 you always have access to the next 7 days of bookings. This way your restaurant can still operate if the IT infrastructure is not available. You need a DinnerBooking account to be able to access the bookings.
